We deliver throughout mainland France via express carriers. Areas far from major cities can be served by carriers with EDI access such as Chronopost/UPS. We also offer 24/48-hour delivery by electric bike.
You can send your physical impressions directly to our laboratory. We will provide a prepaid return label if needed. Contact us for more details on the process.
Our technicians will check your file upon receipt. In the event of non-compliance, we will contact you to discuss the necessary corrections or request a new scan.
